Empty Shopping Cart at Checkout
Some of our customers are reporting that their
shopping cart empties when they attempt to checkout, we
are currently working on a server based solution to this
problem. While we are trying to resolve this issue
please try the following, it should allow you to
checkout without any further problems.
In Internet Explorer Browser:
Go to menu option Tools and select "Internet Options".
Choose the "Privacy" tab, click "Advanced" Check the
"override automatic cookies handling" check box. Select
both "Accept" Radio buttons. (First party, third party
cookies) Check "Always allow session cookies " .
This should solve the problem, however if you still
cannot checkout or prefer to send us your order please
