The day to day operations of the Chinese Calligraphy Store are being taken
over by Dragon Artworks LLC. This is a new company owned by the same
people who have always owned this site, and was founded merely to separate the
Web site design services offered by Web Central Ltd. and the art and Chinese
products we have been selling.
Dragon Artworks LLC will be listed as the new owners before the end of 2008,
but because the same people own Dragon Artworks you can expect the same friendly
and professional customer service you have come to expect from Web Central Ltd.
About The Owners of This Site
Web Central Ltd. was founded in 1998 by James Turner and Phyllis Neff
(brother and sister).
The goal of our company has always been to help small businesses effectively
market their products and services online. Our company offers Web site design
and shopping cart software solutions to small business owners. In recent years
we have expanded into online sales and now offer a variety of Chinese artworks
and art supplies through a growing network of sites.
The staff pictures below are of me (James Turner), my wife Iris Turner, sisters
Phyllis Neff and Laura Rivera, Phyllis's husband Mike and Laura's husband John. Every member of
our staff is also a member of the family. We are proud to be a family owned and
operated business.

James Turner
James Turner is Co-Owner and president of Dragon Artworks LLC. and Co-Owner and Vice President of Web Central
Ltd. He currently lives in Beijing, China and is responsible for designing
and managing over 100 Websites owned by Web Central Ltd. James also
designs Websites, installs database driven shopping cart software and
Content Management Systems for clients around the world. |
Iris Turner
Iris Turner manages the Beijing, China office and is also responsible
for product acquisition. Iris meets with Chinese artists and wholesale
suppliers frequently so that we may bring you new products on a regular
basis. Iris is also a very talented calligraphy artist and created many of
the artworks listed on this Web site. Her artist name is
Xie Tian Hai, which is also James Turner's Chinese name. |
Phyllis and Michael Neff
Phyllis Neff is Co-Owner and Vice President of Dragon Artworks LLC.
and Co-Owner and President of Web Central Ltd. She
currently lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband Michael and together
they are responsible for accounting,
marketing and managing the USA office in Cleveland, Ohio. |
Laura and John Rivera
Laura and John manage the Orlando, Florida office and they are also
responsible for product inventory and shipping of products warehoused in
the United States. |
Daniel TurnerDaniel Turner writes programming for the network of
sites operated by Web Central Ltd. and Dragon Artworks LLC. He also assists in our marketing
efforts by writing custom programs that make our marketing campaigns more effective. |
