First of all, your company website is extremely well developed. It has showed to

Yes, the PRODUCT: My biggest fear was "breakage" and it didn't happen. I love it. The ink was smeared to one side but I've spread it back
evenly. It's unavoidable considering how far it traveled. Everything looks good now. Thank you for packing it so well.
and, the SERVICE: I'm very impressed because I consider my order as a small order, yet: 1) you and your company did attend to every minor details possible; 2) the prompt answer to my inquiries; 3) not only letting me know of better product in the future, but actually replacing the existing with the better product at no extra charge - very customer focused; and 4) last but not least, the informative EMS online tracking capability so I was kept current on the status of the shipment.

I wanted to let you know that I received the scroll at the end of December. I didn't want to open it since it's a gift, but I couldn't resist. I took a quick peek and wrapped it back up. From what I saw.....it LOOKS GREAT! I'm very happy with it. Thank you for your help with this.

Just had to thank you again! Received the "family" scroll already this morning. That was an entire day earlier than I thought I would have received it. I thought it was coming from California for some reason, but it appears that it came directly from China? Amazing delivery time!
The scroll is more lovely than I expected. The enlarged images (which really don't enlarge very much) on the website just don't do it justice. I knew it was a scroll, but I had no idea it would have the cylinder at the bottom and ribbon at the top. I thought the person I was giving it to would need to have it framed. I think she will love the "family" character as she and her husband will be traveling to China early September to welcome a soon to be one year old little girl into their family. I imagine this scroll will hang in their home for years to come.

Thank you very much for upgrading my shipping. The brushes are to be a Christmas gift for my wife and as you were able to discern, they would not have arrived in time via my choice of shipping.
