Chinese Calligraphy Store Return Policy

The Chinese calligraphy store return policy allows you to return most items purchased from this site within 30 days of delivery. After receiving your returned item we will either provide you with a replacement or a full refund according to the return policy outlined on this page.

If the return is a result of an error made on our part (a damaged item, we shipped the wrong item, etc), we will also pay the return shipping costs.

Because your satisfaction is our goal, we are happy to refund or replace items you ordered.

After we receive your returned item we will ship a replacement or if a replacement is not available we will issue a refund within seven days. In some cases you may receive your refund sooner and we will do our best to issue a refund or your ship a replacement promptly. You will receive email notification once your refund is issued, or your replacement item is shipped.

ARTWORKS: Excluding CUSTOM orders, you may return artworks that are damaged during shipping or that you simply find unsuitable within thirty (30) days. If available we will provide you with a replacement. If a suitable replacement is not available or you just want your money back we will issue a full refund. Custom artworks and other items designed exclusively for the customer may not be returned.

PRODUCTS: Products that are damaged during shipping or otherwise defective may be returned within thirty (30) days if we are notified within ten (10) days of delivery that said products are damaged.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of all returns processed. Although flat-rate shipping is only $8.75, in many cases we pay more to ship your products to you. The shipping charge we pay to ship your order will be deducted from all returns (unless the return is a result of an error we made).

Returning an Item is Easy

If you need to return an item simply Contact Us, provide us with your order number and tell us what item/items you wish to return. We will email you a printable invoice, which will include the required Order Return Number.

ALL return requests must be accompanied by an order return number, so please be sure to contact us before making a return.
